Harry Jenkins, DDS

Dr. Harry Jenkins is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia. He attended Hampton University, where he was a Pre-med major and received his B.A. degree in Biology. Dr. Jenkins then went onto Meharry Medical College- School of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. This was followed by completing his general practice residency at Hubbard Hospital in Nashville, Tenn where he served as chief resident.

Upon returning home, he began his career at Jenkins Dental Group working alongside his father, Dr. Harry L. Jenkins. From there he took a position at Coast Dental in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, Virginia. Dr. Jenkins later went on to purchase this practice and become owner and sole proprietor in April 2004.

During this time, Dr. Jenkins has been active in his community. He has provided dental care to several nursing homes in the area, as well as volunteered in numerous health clinics. Dr. Jenkins has also served on the Foundation Board of Chesapeake Regional Hospital, past president of the John L. McGriff Dental Society and member of the Old Dominion Dental Society.

Interest - Dr. Jenkins and his wife, Kim, daughter, and twin boys reside in Virginia Beach, VA. He and his family currently attend FavorNation Church in Chesapeake and is a member of the Chesapeake/Virginia Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

Life & Hobbies

Dr. McMillan loves staying active outside of work! She enjoys hanging out with her husband and their two daughters, as well as going to the beach. While she loves living in Virginia, she can never forget her South Carolina roots. On Saturdays in the fall, you will likely find her at a Clemson Tiger football game!
